At Attune Botanicals, each product is prepared in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. Due to the nature of these formulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@attunebotanicals.com

Kindly include:

• Your order number 
• Clear photos of the item and packaging 

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be provided.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
• Items must be returned in their original condition 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

All sale, promotional, or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our formulations include botanical ingredients and essential oils. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase and performing a patch test before full use.

As individual responses vary, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sensitivities or adverse reactions.

If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out. We are always available to assist and will do our best to provide a thoughtful resolution.
