At Attune Botanicals, each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches using high-quality botanical ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@attunebotanicals.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement of the same item or a refund. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Items must be returned in their original condition
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Sale Items

All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are formulated with natural ingredients, including essential oils and botanicals. Please review ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for adverse reactions, allergies, or sensitivities.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
